Afghani Kebab With Gravy recipe

Ingredients

  • Mince (beef, mutton) 1/2 kg
  • Green Chilies 10-12
  • Ginger, garlic paste 2 tbsps
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

    Cooking Instructions

  • Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, green chilies and salt in mince and mix well.

    Then make small round kebabs and fry in oil, later give the kebabs coal smoke.

    Heat oil in a pan and add onions.

    Fry till the onions turn pink in colour.

    Now add ginger and the mixture has been roasted, add a little water to make gravy.

    Then add kebabs in the gravy, cover and simmer on low heat for 5-8 minutes.

    Garnish with green chilies and coriander and serve hot.
